Mere pati uk mein rehete hay...maintenance case Kiya Maine but in laws summon receive nehi kar raha...Pati ka uk address nehi malum...Kolkata offc address malum hay...koi way bataiye kaise summon received karau..

very easy to serve summons for that you need put a petition before the court so that court direct you the right path and moreover there are various ways to serve it there is nothing to worry at all regarding service your lawyer is not guiding you properly
