Just need suggestions regarding this situation


16-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My sister in law is suffering from lot of domestic violence from her in laws and husband as they are not treating her well .If it continues can i take her with me and make her stay with me and file petitions for divorce on her behalf . nIs it possible

your sister in law have many options in the court regarding protection of harassment by her laws. she can file Domestic violence suit she can file dowry suit she also file if she want the maintenance suits against her laws but in all the casses she personally appears in the court.

Hello... she herself can file divorce...and also she can file a case against her husband and in laws for torturing her.... she has many other options too for this case.. For more information can call or text me.. Thank You...
