Jurisdiction for divorce petition

My husband filed divorce case in his native where we never resided so when I can file objection for it. Right now or I can take time as much as I want( ex: after two years) . Now I don't want to give divorce.

Hi....You can file the objection after your appearance before the court. And if you both are stayed in any point of time in your husband native then he have a jurisdiction to file a case in that place.

Jurisdiction is where marriage solemnised nor last resided .
If partner has filed divorce need to filed counter for rejection.
