husband has cut the electricity connection of house, whereas wife has already won case on conjugal rights ? what can be filed by wife to get the connection restored with supporting judgements (Judgements must)
As you mentioned that you had filed a case of consumer rights against your husband, which has been decided unilaterally by the court, despite this, your husband has disconnected your electricity connection, you want to connect him in such a situation.

husband has no right to disconnect the electricity because electricity is essential part of life without this life cannot be lived safely and happily. it is also a violation of fundamental righ,already as you mentioned that you have won the case of conjugal right in the competent court so it can restored with the order of the copy of the court judgement....you may go legal .

In whose name is the electricity connection in the house, if the connection of the house is in your name, then you can complain about it, if it is in the name of your husband, then you cannot do anything, just file another case on them, who can matter belongs to the district
