Judgement order from criminal court is issued or not

20-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Girl had filed two cases one for divorce and other for dowry under section 498. She has received judgement order from family court which proves she is divorced. Kindly advise if criminal court also issues separate judgement order? Does her court decree contains history of criminal and family court case.

The parties are eligible to get copies of the judgment and decree from court. Parties may also apply for certified copies of the judgment and decree at the registry of the court by affixing proper court fees and the expenses of the copies.

There is no such thing as a separate judgement order and the order which she has received from the court is the only proof to state that she is legally declared to be a divorcee now family court matter may not contain the details of the criminal 498 case however you can make out the same from the bare reading of the family court judgement itself
