Divorce done on 28Nov18, Lawyer delaying to give the judgement copy, Is there any alternative option to get the copy at the earliest.

Hi...you can apply your self by signing the necessary application by paying the fees are you can ask any advocate to apply the same through third party by that you can get copy easily or else it will take time. Thank you

Dear Sir, Sometimes the judgment though pronounced may be kept for corrections by the concerned judge as such you may not get certified copy of the same. Alternatively you may file copy application through post by seeing rules under Karnataka Civil Rules of Practice and get a copy by register post.
