Can you please tell me which type of question that ask by judge in court room while under going in mutual divorce . How much time that took in court for hearing this divorce

no need to put any questions if your advocate already briefed all case. but if judge want to ask then he mostly ask about marrige when happen and why you both want to get divorce. why not you both living together. tel him proper cause.

Judge can ask questions regarding the domestic relationship between you and your partner at the time of marriage and at the time of filing the petition. he can ask or enquire about the settlement of all the issues regarding maintenance, child custody and alimony etc. According to hindu marriage act for divorce on mutual consent the time line is provided 6 months to 18 months. if you need any consultation then please contact me
