Judge disposed divorce case on settlement report. But joint petition not filed as per terms also no compensation amount given. Can you help me get compensation by continuing the case. Can you help to continue cases .What is the best remedy you can suggest

May be the case Was Sent to mediation and you both signed a settlement and mediator sent the report to Court & Judge disposid the case. If I can see what are written in that final settlement draft & decree I can say it you can claim further.

if the amount is not paid then you can file a execution petition for recovery of amount in the same court in which the settlement was recorded and order was passed, you can get his salary or property attached if he is not paying the amount as agreed in the settlement.
