Can the wife still ask for her gold jewelleries as part of Stridhan at the time of divorce if she has cheated to her husband by having extra marital affair?
yes she can it is her stridhan you have to give it back her jewellery as her stridhan but she cannot claim any maintenance or alimony from the husband nor she cannot claim any property rights of her husband

Stridhan is her right and irrespective of whatever she has done she is entitled to receive the same and no court in India can deny her that right so even if the wife has cheated or dissected the husband she is entitled to receive the stridhan
