It's been 2years now being married, but living seperate has she is not willing to live with my parents and coming up with one or the other reason to avoid the situation and the same support being recived by there parents to her. Either she is ready to give divorce or she is willing to living with me, if i proceed to divorce her, she is demanding for money wantedly. Need solution or help.

okay I understand your questions so you got married past 4 years but she is not living with you till today she is giving reason to avoid living with you right. so you want her you will file case through court RCR case Or you don't want her you will File a Divorce case you take court step before you will give a legal notice to her what her disition you have to confirm then you take a step to through court so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

in such situations where one of the spouse is not willing to join another and is also wasting time without giving for suppression legally there is a way out for you which is filing for restitution of ka conjugal rights.
