It's Almost 3years Still I am waiting for her But She Is Not Coming .

I have applied for divorce past 3years back since my wife was not coming to home so we applied. So that she can come home and stay with me but she applied for Domestic violence on me and my family with fake reason and now she is not communicating from past 3years .And we called for mediation also she is not coming for that also. Does court make any final decisions on this. Or still how much I have to wait.

The Courts are burdened with cases. Normally as per the circulars it is to be disposed within 24 months. You may approach High Court and it will give a direction to family to pronounce its judgment within next 3 months otherwise you gf have to wait for more years.

If your wife won't attend the court. court will make her as exparte and pass the orders in favour of you if it is divorce petition you will get divorce. If you don't want divorce from the court, withdraw your case. If you want your wife back and to stay with her you need to file restitution of conjugal right petition in court. Not divorce petition.
