It's 2 years to marriage. I came to know about the concealment of facts by wife such as her education, job, family background, earnings after 2 yrs, can I still file the case to get the marriage nullified/void? Marriage took place in Feb 2017, info regarding false information given by wife in marriage proposal mentioned on matchmaking website came to my knowledge in August 2019,. Can I file case for marriage to get void???

Respected sir if you want to know if your wife playing games with you and concealment the reyal fact to you and now she is residing septeately for you then firstly you make a criminal complaint against them and also you want to live together to then file a section 9 of h.m.act if you want not live then you file a divorce cace on the ground of concelement of facts.

if your wife provided you false information with respect to her job, etc. you can file a petition for divorce. however of your wife concealed her earlier marriage, you will need to go ahead and file a petition for annulment of marriage.
