Is this Contempt of court? Please advise soon

wife works in mlore city and I in blore. she sent notice 1st for separation on mutual basis but in mlore court. But we replied okay for mutual but in blore only as jurisdiction comes here. I filed divorce in blore and she filed divorce in mlore and both have same prayers. We both approached high court for transfer of cases her to blore and mine to mlore.FINALLY we won case in high court and judgment was her mangalore case transferred to blore. But she withdraw case against order of transferhindu
