Is there any process to nullify marriage after one month

I am married and it's been one month, due to certain situations without seeing we married and after marriage we are not looking each other, can we nullify our marriage or what is the process to get divorce ASAP as we don't want to make it complex.
then you can file bothe nullification of marriage if marriage is not consumeted still both can go nullification in family court for that you need to provide all documents regards your marriage what is the reason also very much important to us filing nullification of marriage

in this case you can file a petition for nullity of marriage which can be filed within one year of marriage, but for that you have to make some specific statement that your consent was obtained by stating some wrong facts, and for divorce you have to wait for a year, so better file for nullity of marriage.
