Is there any problem not to sumit counter file for a long time

My wife lawyer filed petition pw3 in court. From last 3 hearings i am asking judge need some time. Thursday i have hearing, i want to ask give sometime again. Is there any time limit to counter file to that petition? What if i am abscence to the court on Thursday?

lf you alone are appearing in the last three hearings and asking for some or time perhaps next time the judge May be giving to you. besides next if you are not appearing along with a lawyer the casi may go on to next stage. find a lawyer, go with him to get one more chance.

Dear Sir, You need not bother you may remain absent when it is posted for filing counter/objections. Thereafter, you can leisurely file the same and if required an application to condone the delay may be enclosed and it will be received by imposing small cost of Rupees Two Hundred.

court may consider .. WS/ counter file not Submitted ( Taken as Nill ) by respondent & and post it for next stage..it may harm your side case .. so immediately you need to submit it before the Hon'ble Court..
