Mutual means, both are joint ly filing case. While filing case u both mentioned your address in petition with before jurisdiction court. Court will not send any notice in mutual petition. U both should provide I'd and residential address.

Normally in the mutual consent divorce petition no notice will be issued. Here both parties need to present at the time of filing of the petition in the court or before the registrar/Shirestedar. Therefore, the question of Notice does not arise. To prove the jurisdiction of the court the address is compulsory. So any one provide the address proof. No summon will sent. Dont worry.

In MCD no summons will be served you people need to attend on date of filing petition and once date is given by court you need to attend in next hearing date. Note that court may refer it to mediation too.
