Is Out of court divorce even valid at all.

My in laws forcing me to sign a note saying I want seperation from my husband without going to court. Is that even valid? To seperate out of court and can he get married second time without officially getting divorced just through a promissory note? It will be of help to get your answer. Thank you.

I understand your questions so with out court divorce or court decree it is most important to legaly saparation with in family promisory note are any mutual agreement not valid you shuld take court dovorce through mutual divorce also possible it will close it early with in 1month also.

if you are Hindus and have married as per Hindu rites and customs your divorce should be only according to Hindu Law and through Court. It is not valid if either of you remarry after signing any note.

Dear Madam, Just play with your husband and his relatives. Just sign all the documents without going to the Courts. If he marries for second time then lodge a complaint for the offence of bigami which is serious in nature and he may lose his job. You will be a legally wedded wife and entitled for alimony and maintenance. You can take action against your in-laws also.
