Is notarized divorce legal

06-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir/s, During the year 2002 ; i have been separated from my first husband by way of NOTARIZED DIVORCE both of us thought - at that time - that such DIVORCE are a legal and genuine one. Accordingly myself and my first husband have also married with another women/men. My child is so far living with my first husband. NOW, it is brought to my knowledge that NOTARIZED DIVORCE is not a LEGAL one and due to which my second husband is not willing to continue our relationship. These circumstances, If I would like to go back to my first husband's house, is there any legal way to do so: It is also worth mentioning here that, my first husband has married with a lady who is also taken same type of divorce from her first husband

which cast you are belongs is not mention in your query. OK let's to inform that the notarized divorce deed is legal genuine and valid as per law but if any of the party belongs from Hindu Brahman. Vania. Lohana and some others may require to take divorce decree from the concern court after so long the divorce deed is to be legal and legally remarriage with anyone so you have not to vary about your second husband"s thinking

Hi,

Notarized Divorce is not valid in the eyes of life ,
yours and your first husband's second marriage are void .
you can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 HMA 1955.
you can file complaint of bigamy against your husband ... bigamy is the act of entering into a marriage with one person while still legally married to another.

Thanks

Divorce on a stamp paper is not legally valid. In your case best option is to consult your ex husband and convince him to get divorce from court by mutual consent. As far as going back to earlier spouse is concerned, I do not think that your ex husband will agree for reunion if he is happy with his second wife.
