Is Non Consummation Of Marriage A Ground For Divorce..................

Marrige has not been consummated from the first day ,kind of refusal some time by me or sometime by wife can It be considered as strong ground for divorce and wife also rarely stays at my house mostly stays at her parents house and its just 7 months when marriage took place ..will i get divorce if i file for contested divorce after 1 years based on the grounds i have .......

yes you can file a divorce petition on the ground of non consume of conjugal rites duties. but you can file this after one yaar of marriage . and also mention mental cruelty and harassment by your wife
