Is my statement valid if there's an ongoing case against me

A divorce case is ongoing with my wife and also she has charged ne with DC case as well. We are not living together now. My children stats with her too. She is charged with anyother case and my statement for the same is taken . Is that statement valid beacuse of ongoing case against me .

Yes is she has got your statements n they are correct that she can use them against you! Wife can even get the documents of husband via RTI , so u can’t do anything in this regard..better hire an expert advocate for your cases rather then posting here ! This will else make you more confuse !
