Is mutual divorce possible for this case?

I got married on 30th of July, 2021 under banns. And on the srcond day of marriage I got to know that my husband had physical relationship with his own mother who is an Australian citizen and after knowing this I would like to get divorce. I have proofs in form of whatsapp chat, is that enough? And what is the procedure and I’ve paid all the bills meantime and I do have bank statements as he is unemployed but his mother is so wealthy so is it possible for me claim the bills I paid meantime. And I have also found chats from his Instagram where he is bisexual and he also put me through mental and physical abuse, I have proofs for that as well, thanks

Your case is indeed sort of unique. You have strong grounds to apply for divorce and claim for compensation. As the allegations are serious I have to make sure that you have sufficient admissible evidence. If yes, you can go ahead and file the divorce petition.

casey's in extraordinary circumstances but in regarding the christian marriage divorce cannot be filed before 2 years for the time of marriage KCC and you can proceed to avoid marriage is not legally valid that is it safe for you otherwise for a long legal battle you must to go pixel consent also two years operation is must preferably go for null and void because your marriage is held only in a short period of time with linear you are approaching Court for divorce
