Is marriage valid ,if it's just one month

I have a question, incase there is a marriage done in Arya samaj, however the bride left her husband house after 1 month of marriage , since than ,it's almost 12 years no contact. Can this marriage announced null and void/ annulment. The marriage was forcefully but there is no proof for the same .
The Arya Samaj Marriage is governed by Hindu Marriage Act. And, as per it yes, the marriage is annulled. Though, there is no validity of marriage as such as the spouse is living separately for more than 10 years.
Secondly, you can file for divorce of mutual consent if he/she agrees . Thirdly if she doesn't agree you can still file for divorce on the ground of deserting you without any reason immediately after marriage.

Hello annulment of marriage should had been applied soon after marriage after disclosure of any ground u/ section 11 or 12 Hindu marriage act. Its too late now. However you can file petition of divorce u/s 13 sub section vii if not heard of over 7 years of being alive. Actions taken by you in these 12 years of non contact shall be important. please share complete details to advice further.

marriage can be declared annulled or void within 1 year of discovery of fraud/force...i dont think so with the information mentioned here it is a case of annulment..alternatively if you want you can file for divorce if you able to obtain marriage certificate from concerned arya samaj mandir or any other proof of marriage...
