Dear Sir,
If you wish to annul your marriage it must happen within one year of your marriage. Such annulment application can be filed before Family Court only on few grounds like medical, adultery and cheating. If you have enough evidence then you can file divorce application and get your marriage cancelled.

If you want to get the divorce in six months there are certain conditions where you can waive off the waiting period. If you are staying away from your wife for 18 months or more before the divorce petition. If all efforts of mediation or conciliation and efforts to unite the spouse have failed and there exist no likelihood of succeeding the same. The spouse have settled all their differences including alimony, custody of child or pending issues between the parties. However, the decision of waiving the six months period is upon the discretionary power of court and not mandatory.
