I am not aware of salary tenure anything on my husband employment . how to get the details.

file an RTI application and you will get information or file case in court and file an application get the details from the company once the court passed an order to company to submit the salary details than company must and should submit the documents

Dear Madam, If you have filed maintenance case under Section 125 or Domestic Violence case then you have to file Section 91 of Application and Court will direct his employer to produce salary certificate. In any other case you have to file application under Section 151 of CPC and get direction to his employer to produce salary certificate.

if there is no litigation or dispute between you and your husband before any Court, you cannot just like that ask for employment details of your husband as of a right as long as he is providing maintenance of home.
