Hi I am about to start a live in relationship with my friends ( female) after a few talks I have been previously divorced , and she doesn't know about it Both of us have agreed that we do not want marriage

It is your personal decision to make. However it is always recommended to tell the truth to your future partner about your past relationship status if thats a deal breaker, to avoid further complications.

A live-in relationship based on lies is not protected Suppressing marital status = misrepresentation The unmarried partner can take legal action once truth is known

Divorce is not a problem. Hiding your divorce can become a legal problem later. Transparency now avoids serious trouble later. Tell her about your divorce before starting the live-in. It protects you legally.
