Is it necessary to give maintenance if divorce case dismissed by court

Namste sir I couldn't get divorce should I pay maintainance to my ex wife? And I got know she is working somewhere but unable to prove what should I do how can I approach court. I haven't hire the advocate for this case. Myself handling this case. Plz guide me... Hindu marraige act sir Sincerely

No! You are not liable to pay any maintainence as such unless the court has ordered for the same. In addition , it is advised to hire an advocate to follow a proper procedure for your divorce.

As you have tried to become lawyer without knowing law you are facing this situation means your case is dismissed. Consult advocates. First see what is the order states, meantime if your wife has filed maintenance application under 125 of Crpc then you are liable to pay her maintenance. Go for appeal against the dismissal order.
