Is it a criminal offence to have kid in extra marital relationship

I have a query regarding law of adultry and bigamy. (Hindu Law)nAssume A Guy, after Being in an extra marital relationship with a married woman, having a kid with her while her Divorce case is on progress ? (without marriage) Is this a criminal offence ?nWhat hardship they have to face legally if they do soBecause, Sometimes a divorce case takes almost part of your life to complete. Should we wait and waste life until its done ? or be smart and start a new life in parallel ? to save life and time.

As a human is a social animal, the supreme court had scrapped and struck down adultery sec 497 of ipc. It is wise that you have waited for completion of proceedings, and she may not be eligible for any alimony from her present marriage.

Dear Sir/Madam, You cannot override the legal system of India. It is true that divorce cases not being disposed of within maximum period of two years prescribed by Central Government and approved by various High Courts. The course open to you to approach High Court and get a direction to get speedy justice. During the pendency of Divorce if you have illegal relationship and out of such illegal relationship a child is born it attracts various sections of Indian Penal Code.
