Is it a crime to marry and convert any girl not telling about 1st wife

If a muslim man marry to a hindu girl with converting her into muslim, but he did not inform her about his first wife and childrens. 1. Is it criminal offence? 2. Can the second wife file divorce case on this basis after 7 years of second marriage? 3. in this case, how much right to the muslim man to want the custody of child from second wife which belongs from another religion, the muslim man have 3 children from his first wife(alive), the hindu girl living with her parents from last 6 months and the girl follows hindu coustoms and tradition always even after the marrige with that muslim man.

I have gone throught ur query which ulyou have raised in the condition and facts which you have mentioned here it shows tht you are standing in very critical and and very ocward condition in your own family the matter you have described here is very much twisted in itself as your onw wife is muslim and second wife is hindu according to you as u have not informed here about ur first marraige and childrens fron first marriage in this case can get protection but the over matter will stands in tgrre different acts so it is adviced to you to ols as soon as possible talk to an advocate who can save u otherwise you will.get trapped.
