Is having divorce by mutual consent a criminal case?

I am 30 years old man from Jaipur Rajsthan.nI got divorce about 4 months ago.nNow I have been provsionally selected in Govt job.nMy documents varification and police varification are due.nIs I am eligible for Govt job.?nIs divorce by mutual consent a criminal case ?nPlease reply soon.nThanks and regards.

no not at all, divorce by mutual consent is not a criminal case, there will be no difficulty in your job if you got divorce by mutual consent...do not worry there will be no issue in police verification...

If you have taken divorce by mutual consent then it is not considered as a criminal offence rather it is taken as a Civil suit and no criminal proceedings shall be done. In case you need legal consultation on the same ground, you may consult.
