Is adultery a reason of divorce only myth ?

25-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Is adultery , a reason of divorce only myth ? Is there any judgement where husband has been granted divorce from Adulterous wife or is it only lawer's tactics to grab new cases. Whatever research I have done, even live sex video of adulterous wife has been challenged as personal freedom and justice never delivered. In such case it is impossible to prove adultery. Then why there is a law to fool husbands? Any husband's case filed on the ground of adultery should not be admitted at all.

adultery is ground for divorce but it is necessary that you should prove the act of sex by your wife with other person either by direct evidence or circumstantial evidence, even having sex outside the wedlock is a ground for divorce, normally in all divorce petitions filed the allegations which are made will be denied and challenged, and the person who wants divorce has to prove the grounds of divorce, if the person has taken adultery has to be proved as per law of evidence, further there are canon of judgements in which adultery has been proved and divorce is granted.

your post is really sensible as the situation in Indian legal system in respect of adultery is imitation of Western (and American mainly) court decisions. you can take an appointment with me for a detailed consultation on this matter which will be useful for your case rather than for academic interest.
