Fake FIR lodge against me with section 366 and 506. I m a service personal, ipc 366 on me with my cousin sis who came to me to save her life from her matrimonial house.ow IO is calling me, so wht I spose to do, because if I go there then police is arrest me. So plz advice me if I m not go there the what happene?????
I have seen your problem carefully and minutely. in my opinion there is no offense under 366 IPC is made out against you as you stated that your cousin sister came to your place on her own consent for saving her life from her husband and in-laws
For offense under Section 366 IPC it is necessary to establish that any person abducted or kidnapped any person to induce that person for forceful marriage with any person or for forceful intercourse. in the present matter your cousin sister is married and come to your place for saving her life so it is better to file a complaint or application by your cousin sister against her husband and in-laws before concerned police station regarding the threat of her life. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation

if your cousin sister herself lodged the FIR against you then you will have to apply for anticipatory bail. if anyone else lodged on her behalf then you can contact the I.O. through the lawyer. if you share more details may be I could help you in a much better way.
