Q: Fraud in transferring the vehical

I bought a pickup from original owner mr X and after using sometime I sold it to another person mr Y and then the another person Mr Y sold it to Mr. Z , Now at the time when mr. Y bought the vehical from me he paid only half of the amount we were in urgent need of money so we had to made a deal. Now he used the van for 1.5 years and then he sold the van to another person Mr. Z without paying my Money . I didn't give the papers to neither Mr. Y nor Mr. Z . Now this person Mr. Z is a constable by proffession. He paid half the amount to Mr. Y and My portion of money which was remaining from Mr. Y was still not paid to me. Intitially we had some issues with the papers of van so Mr. Z said Give me the papers and I will give you the money . Due to covid there was a huge amount of problems and delays in paper processings. Nowthe papers are ready But Mr. Z the constable is not GIving me my money, He is saying he paid me in full in advanced now he is asking to handover papers. Please Help.

do you have any written agreement between you and mr Z. if not then try to record some calls in which mr z confess about the previous agreement. you can always reach to court for recovery of money or to lodge a complaint against him. for better advice need more details.

Q: Bought Laptop from Flipkart where they have falsely advertised

I have bought a Laptop from Flipkart and in it's description it said that they will provide me with 1 year of McAfee Live Safe antivirus subscription but what I have got is 1 month trial. Upon contacting them they were continuously stalling the matter for 11 days until today when they said that they will provide me with 300 rupees instead of 4999 which is the actual cost. I asked them to let me talk to their manager but no one has called! I have invested my 11 day worth of time contacting them, Lenovo (laptop company) and McAfee so that I could have my subscription. But I have got no response from either side. Can I file a case against them for this issue?

yes , you can file a consumer complaint in consumer forum. whatever you have written above, if it is in written form then I advise you to directly file the complaint or if not then send a legal notice first. definitely you will get the justice.

Q: Ipc 366 and 506 . Want to legal advice

Fake FIR lodge against me with section 366 and 506. I m a service personal, ipc 366 on me with my cousin sis who came to me to save her life from her matrimonial house.ow IO is calling me, so wht I spose to do, because if I go there then police is arrest me. So plz advice me if I m not go there the what happene?????

if your cousin sister herself lodged the FIR against you then you will have to apply for anticipatory bail. if anyone else lodged on her behalf then you can contact the I.O. through the lawyer. if you share more details may be I could help you in a much better way.

denying sex to husband for a long time without any justification amounts to mental cruelty and is groud for divorce. husband can file a petition seeking divorce, complaining that his wife had subjected him to mental cruelty by not allowing him to have physical relation if husband or wife is not suffering from any physical disability.
