IO is supporting wife side only. False case by wife

I was married for only 7 days means she stayed at my home for only 7 days thn she left with her parents and put wrong case against me. 307+354+498a+504 and more. My mother got bail but on my father bail the police is supporting her as IO didn't send the case dairies to court and without that opposite advocate said we can't continue father's bail hearing without that case dairy. So we got another date for father bail hearing. Why IO is supporting her like that.?What to do?

dear client as per your query in which your wife has put a false allegations against your family but if your mother has got the bail but not your father there must be serious charges against ur father IO has to obey the order of the court as ur wife has not filed different cases it's a single case so the case diary of ur mother and ur father will be the same for further information please contact us with your relevant documents for paid consultation
