Interpretation of court order and follow up action to be taken

23-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Appeal was made to High court as district court rejected mutual divorce application as non maintainable on jurisdictional ground. High court order was as follows: "The order impugned is thus set aside. The application of dissolution of marriage by mutual consent is hereby allowed. With the above observations the appeal is allowed. Consequently the connected application is also disposed of." Does the above above high court order mean that divorce has been granted or further action is required?

Hello it simply means that the District Court order of the Learned Family Court/ Addl. District Court has been set aside by the Hon'ble High Court and divorce has been granted.

I hope this helps to understand.
