No the concept of maintenance is only that if she is enable to maintain herself. As in your case she is also earning a decent salary then she will not be entitled for any maintenance either under the DV act or also under 125 CrPC. hello clients as a matter you have discussed in your above query in this matter the law says when you get married you liable to maintain your wife and you have to give maitenance to your wife but there are few conditions defined as per which your case can foght tht she does not require any maintenance so

In your case I would like to inform you that there are some judgments of the Supreme Court which says if the wife is working and earning well than she might not get maintenance. But if she is not working and is not capable enough to earn on her own than she must be provided with maintenance.

Hello Sir,
She is not eligible for maintenance but there are certain safeguards that you must ensure in order to win in the court of law. And on the other side, even you can file maintenance against your wife.
