Interim Maintenance 125 CrPC to wife from NRI husband

My wife deserted me for no reason and filed 125CRPC requesting for interim maintenance. There is no 498A or DV case on me or my parents. I am currently in UK and earning 4,000 pounds per month. Both my parents are very old and are totally dependent on me . My wife was never employed in her life. My wife is having 5 year old son with her and currently staying in Andhra Pradesh with her parents. Can you please let me know how much amount court will decide for me to pay to my wife.
hi the court would pass orders based on the arguments made and the evdence placed before the court and the circumstances and you could deefend it by saying that she had wilfully left the residence and need not pay any amount

most of the time court ask u to pay the maintenance to ur wife and kid ....my suggestion ask ur kid guardianship and file a petition in court and make sure that u can handle ur kids future and u take all responsibilities of ur kid
