Interim app adverse order child custody issue

I am dealing a contentious divorce in Maharashtra and need a lawyer to challenge an interim order in Bombay High Court. The order says respondent is at liberty to move an appropriate application after a period of six months , if at all the conditions improved or there is change in circumstances. The order was passed by a family court.

yes definately you can challenge the order in the bombay high court but only if there are any change in the circumstances and also within the appropriate time limit as prescribed in the kimitation act and also you can take the custody if u can fulfill certain requirements given in the law
