Hi I am Muslim married a Hindu girl, its a register marriage, no nikah just registered in registration office, whants to get divorce with mutual concern

hi yes you can now file divorce by mutual consent if both of you are ready mutual consent from I have the right to approach family court in your jurisdiction but we need to do when your marriage has been happened and other relevant documents also needed for exact answer.

if it is done through court marriage then for divorce also you have to go through special Marriage act proceedings...If your wife is agree then only you can proceed mutually otherwise you have to go through contested divorce...
and i wnna know the date of marriage...
