Inter-caste love marriage wife is cheating and raised false case

Hi sir/ma'am, My wife as filed divorce and maintenance case(Special Hindu marriage act & sec 125) Demanding 35000/- monthly maintenance, i'm christian she is Hindu at the time of marriage there parents dint except, i took her to home and we dint register in any court or church,A small funtion with my own expense, we were blessed with a daughter, i stayed independent later her parents joined and brain washed her, they collected our money which was in lease, in 2 months made big drama and chased me out with help of police support in the name of harasment, now my money gone i want to see my daughter they are not allowing she threatens she will sucide herself her father is the main person asking me money to see my daughter i gave 50k collected money and not letting to see again if i go there her father is calling local boys to hit me, in court cases are filed and i dono how to solve my issue i want divorce and want to see my daughter, i earn ony 30k but she asks me 35k she is also working
