What is the procedure to take divorce in case of Non consummation of marriage ? Will there be alimony required in case we manually agree for no alimony ?

If you both agree for divorce you can file mutual petition before jurisdictional court.
if anyone of you denied for mutual you can file a petition seeking declaire as void marriage on the ground of non consummation of marriage

if you two people agreed for mutual divorce than regarding the maintenance and permenant alimony etc are to be decided by you two people cort won't impose or direct regarding this. if you two people have differences regarding this alimony than only court will involve to decide the amount. otherwise in case of mutual divorce alimony is your s agreement and settlement between u two people. you can apply fir mutual divorce
