I have paid full amount to wife 498-A quashing is pending at high court and my wife asking to settle 13-B.Please suggest

settle your all points and settlement all property. then withdraw all the pending cases before file the 13B petition for divorce. it's also part of 13B case that all the cases are withdraw from both parties. if any case is pending and 13B is final judgement done then pending proceeding also quashed in ground of order of 13B petition.

Hi dear good morning. you received 13B notice from family court. IPC Code section 498A quashing in which High court Lucknow or Prayagraj. Are you want to relief from Hon'ble High court then call me. Advocate Ajay Pratap Singh from Lucknow.
