Infidelity by NRI husband with another lady

I got proof for his actions with another woman. I got proof for domestic violence. I got two daughters. 14 and 11. So, I dont want divorce. I want financial security! And I need my husband back. What to do? I dont have parents, they died long ago. I dont have money. No proper job, as i m taking care of two daughters. He is too dominant. I m afraid of him and the society. I m an Masters Engineering Graduate. Ours is love marriage.

if you don't want divorce then you can continue your matrimonial life on the part of the financial assistant you can file a maintenance case against came For your Living expenses unfor the maintenance of your family

You can file a case against domestic violence caused by your husband. Now that you have proof for domestic violence committed by your husband you have merits. You can get several reliefs through this one case.
