Indi Husband working Thailand Forcing wife on divorce. Sent wife india

Indian Husband married as Hindu act, working in Thailand. Forcing wife for divorce. 2 years of marriage. Had one baby who died during delivery. Sent wife to india and now husband asking for divorce giving reason of understanding not working between them. Wife doesn't want to divorce. What will be the outcome of this situation.

as you are stating that two years have passed since marriage has taken place and now the husband is living separately from the five and as well as asking for divorce and the wife don't want to take divorce factors of present case that suit for maintenance should be filed against the husband as well is a complaint should be filed against him as he is living separately and not obeying and fulfilling his married duty
