hi first need to see that whether you had file any maintenance case in the court and yes then the court would ask to file him assets and liabilities in the court and then you could know him about the income sources of him

first u hve to file Maintenance petition in court and approach to any advocate he will help u out how to apply and he will help u out how to get a maintainance from ur husband even if he not providing salary slip
