In the final judgement and decree, there is a mistake in age. I had provided my AADHAR card along with the documents submitted. Still there is a mistake done.
Can it be corrected without involving the other party?

If the dispute is so far as regard to civil nature then you have to apply to the same court under section one fifty two of civil procedure code. And if dispute is about criminal nature then under section one forty seven of criminal procedure code.
