Dear Ma'am,

Please try to enter inside the house and if they don't allow you then dial 100 number and call the police for your help. You have all the rights to reside in your matrimonial home. I hope this will work out for you and you may not need to file DV Case.

You have full rights as a wife to stay in your matrimonial house. Unless and until the court grants divorce you cannot be evicted from matrimonial house.

In case, your husband is not letting you in then you can file a case for domestic violence to seek the right to reside in the house.

IF you are financially not very strong - seek maintenance.

You can file a criminal case against your husband and in laws under the domestic violence act, stating that they are not allowing you to stay.
