Can I apply for DV while our divorce case is in process? Does it becomes easy for the husband to win the contested divorce case if I fail to provide proof in DV case?
okay you have to file DV or maintainance also you will file. your husband filed Devorce right you will put in maintsinsnce application that case of o nly and you have to chance for Dowry harresment case also if you want will file that is your choice if you need any further legal help call and talk thank you

If you do not provide any proof in your DV case then also it is not easy for your husband to get divorce. Normally, 80% of the divorce cases filed by the husbands will be dismissed. So you need not bother so much in the above matter.
