In laws harassing for dowry already receive good amount of money

my in laws took 25lacs on pretext of doing preperation of wedding on our behalf but only record of only 14lacs is there and remaining there is no record as cash was given. during ceremony inlaws showed only 5 lacs to public and their own car keys as being given by us, to which they say now that we did so in order to save ur reputation as did not give anything whereas on ceremony day they told as dat car could not be booked so quickly but will definately do so after marriage for now you can show my keys. wedding preperations were not even worth 5-6lacs, they have kept entire money with them.
You may file a compliant of dowry harassment against your in-laws if that is the case. If you are happy with your husband then there is no use of filing any complaint. You may also file a complaint for domestic violence if so needed.
