In laws fake allegation,demand on myself and family

I (husband) ,my in laws came they fought with us,took luggage ,gold,cash and my wife and 1 month son.And adding fake allegation of dowry,violence and my wife had planned this created fake audio calls for demand.On the day she told her parents for violence but i assure there is no violence done and there is no mark. We haven't asked for any demand but she created fake calls telling her parents for demand.What should i do .what cases can be filled and how i can save my self and family.what will be further steps.

You need to immediately hire one expert advocate for your case and you have to start doing your homework if your wife is doing the same. she can impose couple of cases on you like 498 a which is harassment for dowry and other things like cruelty ….she can go for domestic violence asking for monetary relief, residence, compensation, protection or custody of the child and so on and she can also go for 125 CRPC for maintenance and she may also put allegations on your brother father uncle regarding attempt of any molestation as well bcoz this is what people do …so would recommend you to hire an expert advocate in order to prepare you for all these things in advance.. we need more facts on this !

at first you make a police complaint to sho and commissioner of police and Deputy commissioner of police and tell that your wife ran away with your valuable item and then make a sec 9 case and then go for divorce

Find out if DV case has been filed against you, if yes, apply for anticipatory bail.
You can also file petition for divorce citing cruelty as ground for obtaining divorce.
