SIR/MADAM
NO, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF MARRIAGE EXCEPT IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. FOR EX. INSANITY, MENTAL DISABILITY ETC.
IN THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES YOU CAN APPROACH THE FAMILY COURT AND REQUEST THE COURT TO DISSOLVE THE MARRIAGE AS THERE IS THREAT TO YOUR LIFE, IN THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY COURT WILL ENTERTAIN YOUR PETITION.

Hi
The court stipulates that a divorce petition can be filed under section 13 of Hindu marriage act after completion of 1 year.
However if there are any exceptional circumstances that warrants that the petition of divorce need to be filed within 1 year, then you have to file for leave of appeal under section 14 of Hindu marriage act and the court can grant you permission to file the petition for divorce within 1 year of marriage subject to the exceptional circumstances being proven in the court.
Also please be informed that even if the court is convinced of the exceptional circumstances prima facie being present in your case, the divorce decree will be effective only after completion of 1 year of marriage.
Hope this helps.
